Terms and Conditions of Play at Grand River Raceway Elements Casino Grand River

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all play and use of the facilities, services and products provided by Grand River Agricultural Society (the "Operator") at its location known as Grand River Raceway Elements Casino Grand River ("the Venue").

Eligibility2.1 All players must be 19 years of age or older to participate in gaming activities.
Use of Facilities and Services3.1 Players are required to register with the Operator's responsible gambling program, PlaySmart, prior to commencing play.
Responsible Gaming4.1 The Operator encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.4.2 Players can voluntarily self-exclude themselves from gaming activities for a specified period of time or permanently by contacting our customer service department.
Rules of Conduct5.1 All players are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, considerate and orderly at all times while on the premises.
Gaming Equipment and Payouts6.1 The Operator's gaming equipment, including but not limited to slot machines, electronic tables and other games, is subject to change without notice.6.2 All payouts are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Ontario, Canada.
Liability Disclaimer7.1 The Operator disclaims any liability for damage or loss resulting from the use of its facilities, services and products, including but not limited to damage caused by gaming equipment malfunction or software error.
Intellectual Property Rights8.1 All intellectual property rights in connection with the Venue's logo, name and branding are owned by the Operator.
Amendments to Agreement9.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, as applicable.
Jurisdiction11.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the auspices of a court in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Entirety12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Operator and players regarding their relationship with the Venue.
Severability13.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by any competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed inoperative but the remaining provisions hereof will remain unaffected.
